The portable Q500 Nitrogen Tire System is designed for the motorsports industry and is capable of inflating and purging 4 tires at once with pure nitrogen from a cylinder tank. The unit is enclosed in a lightweight but heavy-duty virtually indestructible case with 4 wheels and 2 handles, making it easy to transport. The faceplate pulls up from a latched position inside the case to a 70 degree angle, making it easy to see and operate the controller.
About the Upgrade
The Q500 Upgrade program allows you to upgrade your existing NIflate99 model Q100 to a Q500 for considerably lower cost than purchasing a new Q500. Just ship us your current unit and we’ll upgrade it to the Q500 case model and ship it back. We’ll send instructions once we receive your order, but essentially it works like this:
- Unbolt the entire black box from the cart (if you purchased a cart).
- Remove all the hoses from the black box, which includes the tire hoses and nitrogen supply hose from the regulator.
- Carefully pack the black box and tire hoses (unless you purchase upgraded hoses as part of this order) in a sturdy shipping box and ship to us.
- When we receive your Q100, we will remove and install your existing controller into the new Q500 enclosure, install quick connects on your hoses, install upgraded chucks, test and ship back to you.
